6 Slices of bread (White thick sliced)
2 Eggs (lightly beaten)
56g Caster Sugar
Butter the bread.
Remove crusts and cut diagonally.
Place in an oven proof dish by layering bread with the fruit.
Mix the eggs and sugar, add milk gradually - pour over bread.
Bake until bread is crispy and golden brown.
Oven Temp 170C for 50/60 mins
